STEP 1: Get Your Plan and Your Phone
Click on SHOP
- 1. Select a Plan
- 2. Select your Phone
- 3. Check Out and Purchase.
Your phone will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days.
If you would like to use your own existing handset,
please call T: (888) 9TELAVA or T: (888) 983-5282.
STEP 2: Activate Your Phone
- 1. Call (888) 9 TELAVA or (888) 983-5282.
- 2. Follow the voice prompt. You will speak to a live person for the actual activation process.
- 3. Within 2-5 minutes later – you will receive your new number and your phone will be activated!
STEP 3: Set up your Voicemail
- 1. From your phone, dial your cellular number or hold the "1" key
- 2. The system will ask you to enter your personal pass code.
(This will be your pass code to check your voicemail. Think of an easy to remember pass code.)
- 3. The system will prompt you to record your own personal greeting or to select a standard greeting.
We know how inconvenient it can be to remember to manually recharge your minutes. Who has the time? At
Telava Mobile, there are no hassles with manual recharge for your minutes. After 30 days of usage, our
system automatically charges your credit card on file for the $40 plan Unlimited Talk +Text plan and automatically
refills your account for you.
That way, you don’t worry about service interruptions or finding a location for manual recharge.
