Phone+Plan How It Works

STEP 1: Getting Started 

1. Click on 'Shop Phones' and select a phone 

2. Select a plan

3. Check Out and Purchase

Your phone will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days. When you receive your package, go to Step 2.

STEP 2: Activate Your Phone

1. Go to www.telavamobile.com and click 'Members', then 'Activate Phone'. You will be prompted to Login.

2. Fill-out the online form with activation details sent with your package and click 'Submit'.

3. Within 1 hour during business hours, a customer service representative will be in touch with you regarding your activation details.

STEP 3: Set up your Voice Mail
 
1. From your phone, dial your cellular number or hold the "1" key

2. The system will ask you to enter your personal pass code. (This will be your pass code to check your voicemail. Think of an easy to remember pass code.)

3. The system will prompt you to record your own personal greeting or to select a standard greeting.

How to Refill Your Service:

1. Three Days before your expiration date, you will hear notifications your minutes will be expiring.

2. Go online and click on 'Member', then 'Refill Minutes'.

3. You will receive an email confirmation with a new PIN # with directions. A customer care representative will also call you to confirm you received the PIN #.
